“Change Your Life While You Have The Chance” sings Tony Goff of the eponymously named Tony Goff & The Broken Colours on their new single “Rearrange”, an upbeat, funky, indie rock romp featuring a horn fueled hook and big vocals.
The single is proof that the Boys from High Wycombe Uk, are back with a bang, even in these trying times. “It’s all a sign of the times”, says Goff, “Rearrange was written before the Pandemic but the song almost seems relevant to these harsh times, where people are literally changing their whole lives.”
While the song may have broad appeal, it is personal to Tony and written about his own recent obstacles, having to rearrange everything he knows. The single was recorded with Antonio Hannah from Free Fall Studios and is being put out by Bentley Records, an EP is in the cards for late 2020.

We had the chance to catch up with the band and ask them a few questions in honor of the new release.
What is the meaning behind the single?
Tony – I write most of the lyrics, and they normally revolve around my personal endeavours. This song was written in a time of dismay for me I was a bit lost musically and in my personal life. So it was time to ‘Rearrange’ so to speak.
If you could play a concert with one artist, who would it be?
Tony – The Kooks bloody love em I do!
Tom – Vulfpeck, Joe dart on bass is a absolute power house and you can’t help but move to Cory Wong’s guitar. Watching their playback from Madison square is humbling and something to aspire to.
Connor – The band I would like to play with most would have to be Vulfpeck. I have been a big fan of their music for a few years now and there is no doubt their work has massively influenced the way I play guitar. It doesn’t hurt that we play a similar style of music
Ashley – Fleetwood Mac for me
What is the craziest story you have so far from being a musical artist?
Tony – First thing that comes to mind was when I was ran over by our Film Crew in their car when we was touring Italy few years back. Was hilarious even at the time.
What’s something people don’t know about you or something you like to do when not making music?
Tony – That a toughy for me if I’m not making it I’m listening to it, I like to keep fit when not in lockdown but my new fave hobby is drinking haha nah I hope everyone is safe and well.
Tom – I have a few hobbies. Classic cars, making things and photography. Welding is pretty fun, sticking metal together shouldn’t be down played!
Ashley – I do filmmaking, and I have made 3 videos for TGBC now technically and will hopefully do our next one for single Rearrange
Connor – Im a Graphic designer
What’s coming up next for you?
Tony – Well we plan to start rehearsing again as of next week as the pandemic kept us all locked up.
But you will see upcoming music video for Rearrange, a new EP coming to you on the horizon, and were hoping to bring you a 2021 Spring tour.
